Sadık Sözer Çizmeci is an Independent Consultant and Human Resources Professional with over fifteen years of experience and a strong expertise in Turkish labor law, the Turkish foreigners’ code, Payroll, HRIS, International assignment management, and social security matters. He is the founder of Expat Guide Turkey, a prominent web resource and publication. Moreover, he recently founded Stafimy, a distinguished HR management consultancy firm offering tailored solutions to numerous local and international companies in HR management and related fields. Sadık Çizmeci earned his BA degree in International Relations, graduating as the top outstanding graduate from Eastern Mediterranean University, and holds an LLM degree in European Law from the University of Nottingham. Entrance/Exit Measures for Provinces and Age Limitation

Regarding 30 province with the status of metropolitan (Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bursa, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Ordu, Sakarya, Samsun, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, Tranzon and Van) and Zonguldak province, all entrances/exits by land, air and sea (public transportation vehicle, private vehicle, pedestrian and etc.) from the borders of our 30 province with the status of metropolitan and Zonguldak province shall be temporarily suspended as of 24.00 on April 03, 2020 Friday for a period of 15 days.

Exemptions regarding the Entrance/Exit Restriction for Vehicles to Provinces

Additional circular to the governorates regarding under which situations exemptions shall be brought for travel restrictions in 30 provinces with the status of metropolitan and Zonguldak for which entrance/exit restriction for vehicles has been imposed. Accordingly, travel permit shall be given by the Travel Permit Committees, formed within the body of the governorates/district governorates, for those who have been discharged from the hospital in which they received treatment, those who will travel to attend the funeral of the deceased first degree relative or sibling of themselves or their spouses, those who have arrived to the current city within the last 5 days and do not have any place to stay, those who have completed their military service and those who have been released from prison.
